This week on the show we have Jacqueline Hart, Head of Trust and Safety for Patreon.

 

Her teams are responsible for keeping the platform free from bad actors and ensuring everyone using Patreon stays within fair & transparent Community Guidelines. She is the liaison for risk and payment service providers and represents Patreon on the American Board of Advisors for the Merchant Risk Council.  She has built remote offices for Patreon in Europe and the US since joining in 2018.  

 

We speak about various subjects such as account takeover, abuse, financial fraud, content moderation, scams, chargebacks and fraud rules writing.
